So, what did this twelve Dollar upgrade do for my Dell T1700? (1) First it was a direct fit into the MT chassis (2) It made a spot for the OEM card reader. (3) Added a real 2-1/2' SSD Boot-bay. Yet it only replaced one optical drive bay. After 40 years of pushing Ones and Zeros this was my best equipment purchase EVER ! -- Thanks So Much JOE
