I ordered a Quorum windmill 69" floor fan in the color "oil bronze". 25-8lighting sent me a Quorum windmill 69" floor fan in the color "galvanized". I informed them of the problem and they told me my 2 choices were: 1)keep the fan and they wld give me 15% discount. 2) return the fan for a refund but they will deduct $700 from the refund to cover the cost to ship it back to them. Unacceptable!!
