Sent me running boards that were clearly not the ones pictured. Said I was lying . Offered me $70 refund on a $900 set of boards. The boards are badly dented . I installed the boards based on his good rating figuring he would adjust price fairly . I contacted him immediately after receiving. Sent multiple photos showing the damage . Dishonest seller that uses pristine stock for advertising then sends beat up junk. Items were very well packaged clarifying damage was not from shipping.

Buyer mounted parts and later started to complain about damage. Part was on his car already... Why would you mount the damaged part???? We offered a fully refundable free return later. But for some reason the buyer did not want to... he wanted to keep parts and get 500$ refund. sounds very suspicious, pretty much like online fraud.

Came with both top and bottom busted open and part hanging out. Box collapsed. Partly Fed Ex rough handling to very rural area. Other aspect is not enough taping, not enough inner support (extra cardboard. I suggest area of improvement needed. Miracle part was undamaged. I sell some and do know packing quite well.
