    Wish I d seen this sooner; I ve been driving my Lexus around w/ no radio for almost 2 years because the only place willing to work on it said the radio would have to be sent out to be refurbished, 2-3 weeks, cost $800-$900. Read about bad amps, ordered this one, (CAME VERY QUICKLY, THANK YOU!) & 5 minutes after removing the old amp, this one had my system working PERFECTLY!!!

    Was told that the symptom could not be duplicated on the bench and that the repair could only be done based on the info provided. Repaired amp was installed and all works as it should. Good communications, up front info provided, cost of repair was about 15% of what a replacement amp would have cost from Japan, if you could find one. Overall, very happy with the price and outcome. Thank you.
