Good communication from seller after sale. The item was dented during shipment and seller offered a replacement to be sent or refund given AFTER the damaged unit was received at their warehouse. The original unit was not received until 11 days after ordering so I could not risk possible mold issues while waiting for an exchange and did not want to tie up another 500 bucks ordering another and waiting for a refund after receiving the second order. Be advised of exchange policy before ordering.

Item was highly ineffective. It powered up and was blowing air, but at the rate of points per day listed, it should just run it it is high humidity and the drain line should have significant water flowing through. Humidity dropped briefly and has steadily and rapidly increased since then. Tried a few different things to troubleshoot, but I am very displeased with the results, even at a discounted price. I will be returning as the item doesn't work as intended. (Was set at 55% during operation)

Very sad to say that this seller is NOT recommended. First... the product took well over a week to arrive. was totally destroyed in the box. took several days for them to give return label.. I went to apply the return shipping label.. found 2 additional fedex labels hidden under mine where it had been shipped to other customers. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a replacement... when it arrived, it had come from Amazon... and the kicker... $200 less than what they had charged me. not good
