As Advertised, Refurbished. Shipping Carton was missing one of the two 1/2" straps holding top to bottom carton, was haphazardly taped by Fed-X. Rear filter cover has broken plastic tabs that hold it into place. Cooling temp control sometimes erratic. Set at 75deg and in the morning it was running at 68deg. Temp readout on unit fluctuates sometimes 5-8 deg. Dual vent hoses work very well, eliminates negative room pressure Puts out very cold air. Too heavy to return
