I've had the Teeter model, I bought this one for half the money. It's not as comfortable at the ankles but for my needs, which is inverted situps I don't notice the difference, it's just as good as the other for back trouble, but that's just my opinion. The unit was well packaged and arrived in good shape, be prepared for a 20 minute assembly and some mistakes along the way... don't over tighten the tubing and hand thread the supports before the cross member goes in or it won't fit.

    40% less lower back pain with regular use for me , no joke !!!

    my history ,, i have 7 discs out of place in my back from top to bottom that i have dealt with for over 20 years. i tried this table mainly for lower back pain that is bad enough that i do about 50% of the activity i could do before the back trouble . i bought this table out of desperation!!! it is absolutely worth every penny !!!! back pain is down almost 40% while using this table at least 10-15 min per day , NO JOKE PEOPLE !!! i weigh in about 220 pounds and this table has no problem holding my weight at all ! if you have back trouble i highly recommend it !!! the down side is only 1 thing , it is large and a little heavy but still not any trouble to move with 1 adult .
