    Best trans assembly grease.

    Awesome product , a must have for transmission assembly also works on engine parts for lubing parts at first start-up. The green is thick so tacky enough to hold small parts in place during assembly. Suitable for all transmission work.

    Green Assemblee Goo - medium tacky

    This green goo is medium thickness and tackiness. It’s great for holding transmission sprags, thrust bearings/ washers and check balls in the place you put them during assembly. I don’t recommended this for lubricating and installing teflon rings, rubber o-rings, lip seals etc. While this is thicker/ tackier, it will quickly dissolve in transmission fluid. Green goo is quite thick and could require more effort in assembling the seals, potential damaging delicate seals. Use blue goo to assemble seals! You can assemble a transmission with both colors, it’s not required. Why the color? Think about it this way. If red assembly lube was used, it could look like the transmission has leak, bringing the customer back with a complaint. Using a transmission assembly lubricant in a different color ...
