Weird transaction. Seller was slow to ship then the USPS lost the package for 8 days. When it finally arrived, the part wasn't what was pictured. It was the correct part number but in way better condition. Poor communication from the seller. I'm leaving positive feedback but I don't think I would buy from this seller again.

This item was purchased through our store on January 23rd and we had it packaged and shipped out with USPS on January 25th. We are sorry that USPS took so long to get it to the destination, unfortunately that is out of our control. We post in all our listings that we generally have more than one item in the quantity and we photograph the most worn condition but the items we sell may differ. We did not receive any communication from you regarding this purchase and are sorry you were not happy.

Item as as described. Shipping and communication was lack luster. It came wrapped in a garbage bag which, whatever. But two levels of shipping was offered. UPS for $30 or USPS for $20. I paid for the UPS but seller stole the extra ten bucks and shipped it USPS. When I sent a message asking about it, did not and still have not heard anything from them. So buyer beware. Pick the cheap shipping option, because otherwise the seller just pockets the extra $10.

We apologize this happened. We have been having to charge an extra $15 when using UPS because they are charging a handling fee because the lawnmower bag is oversized. Because of this we chose to ship via USPS and the shipping cost was $29.75 and we shipped with USPS for a cost of $28.19. We did not steal or intentionally try to rip you off the remaining $1.56. We are sorry you were not happy with this transaction.
