    The Complete Guide to Bathrooms

    We are going to renovate both our upstairs and downstairs bathroom sometime in the near future. The book tells us everything we need from removing concrete floor and adding new plumbing in the basement to venting properly and hiding everything in the walls. The illustrations are very detailed and easy to follow. The information is really designed beautifully for the do-it-selfer who is just a regular person not rich person who can afford to hire everything done. I looked at many books in the librairy and book stores before I found this one. It is just perfect.

    My bathroom's done!

    This book was helpfull for our bathroom remodel project. It covers a broad range of tasks which is a positive. But in their efforts to cover a broad range possible problems that may come up are not addressed. It's good then to have some knowledge of how to problem solve the little things that come up. Once you get elbow deep you discover some surprises right? However, it was fairly usefull for some tasks we had never attempted like removing and replacing a toilet.

    Enormous help for my bathroom project!

    I was talking to a friend about re-doing my bathroom (a project that I really didn't want to undertake!) and he recommended that I buy this book from Lowe's, which I did. This edition was of enormous help to me starting from the initial teardown of the walls and floor and removal of the tub and toilet and then to replace all components. Great descriptive book with color pictures and detailed explaination of each procedure. A must have for the "do it yourselfer".

    Great Book!

    I decided to buy the book because it tells you how to build a bath/shower enclosure and that is the project that we are embarking on. I actually saw this book at a local building supplier and thought I could find it at my local library (they didnt have it), so I decided to look for it on ebay. I love the book because it is very descriptive, tells you what supplies are needed, shows colorful photo's of each part of the project and explains things to you so you will understand. This book has many project for your bathroom!
