Certainly works, though I used a different higher gain/brand antenna and all Type-N connectors setup and skipped on SMA external antenna supplied in favor of more robust external cables, connectors, and antennai. Can increase gain by 30 dBm RSRP from -130 to -100, which is very good, and occasional data connection to almost all the time connection. You have to point the external antenna at the nearest cell tower or get omni antenna. LED is bright--can't turn it off or dim it. Can give 5 bars.
