This is no question a quality product that surpasses other supporters that I have tried. My disappointment however was as follows: I am a size 38 and thus ordered the med-large (38-40) The pants fit was good but the wrap around belt is extremely difficult for a senior to manage. Perhaps that strap should be made a few inches longer.
