    If you can, save money and buy this older edition instead.

    Good book so far. Relatively easy to read. Not as detailed as Vander's Physiology books but sufficient nonetheless. If you're taking a class that requires the next edition of this book (orange book) this one will probably work too as a substitute. Not much has changed that I can tell between editions. I saved $160 by buying this book, the previous edition, instead of the latest edition that was 'required' and I got an A on the first test so far. My professor said I shouldn't use the older edition but I defied his instruction and haven't had any problems yet with the first five chapters.

    Great resource

    Great resource. Don't need to buy the newer edition because it's really the same material. The key to Anatomy is to read, read, and read! That is, if you want to do well in class!
