I’ve owned the previous models to this same espresso maker and loved them. This one functions as well as previous models and it’s similar enough to the previous models that I didn’t have to relearn how to use it. Makes a wonderful cup and does exactly what I need it to! Love it! ps- the only thing I would change if I was manufacturing these, I would make the power cord just a bit longer. You have to have space directly in front of an outlet (see photo) in order to plug it in, unless you get an extension cord. The cord is 9 inches long.

I am slightly disappointed of the espresso machine because it takes quite some time to get it hot enough too froth your milk. The froth wand is stuck in one place makes it a bit difficult to froth, and the actual coffee tray does not allow quite enough pressure build-up for a quality espresso and a rich crema but considering the price it's a decent machine.

I bought this espresso machine so that I could make myself a mocha anytime I wanted one. No need to get out in the snow and cold to buy one. I can just fix my own right in the comforts of my nice warm kitchen. This machine is convenient and easy to use. The frother can be a little tricky. Once you get the hang of frothing, you have it made. I am sure there are better machines out there but for the price and convenience, this machine has been well worth the money.
The machine is easy enough to use and brews strong coffee quickly. The steamer tube is difficult to clean and the o ring has come off twice. The main complaint is a heavy metal taste and smell. Tried cleaning per instructions but still hint of metal taste and smell.

This is the 3rd or 4th one of these we've bought. It is a workhorse for 2-3 years and then is ready for the barn. For the money you can't beat it. It used to be $40-$50 and would pay for itself in $ saved from Starbucks - still does but it just takes 8-9 days instead of 4-5. It's better cappuccino too.

Good machine. Works just fine. Ran 10 cycles of water through it before use and still had some type of small particle residue coming through but working just fine.

I bought this machine because the one I’ve had almost 15 years was starting to break up. I like the price of this machine but have a few issues with it. The top of the machine is tough to open & close. You cannot set it up in advance so you can turn it on when you want your coffee. You have to clean it after every use & the steamer function heats up the milk but doesn’t actually foam it up. Finally, the longer you try to steam your milk the more water is used so you’ll end up with less coffee than anticipated.

A good buy for the price. Does exactly what it claims to do. The four stars are because of a safety issue. At the halfway point (2 shot mark), the device becomes over -pressured and starts blowing water, coffee and steam through the seal where the Portafilter attaches. I have learned to moderate the steam flow at this point.

Pro: economical, easy to use Cons: the container arrived broken

Pros: Brews up to 4 cups of espresso at once. Is very quickly up to the right temperature and easy to clean. Sturdy built-in metal coffee filter. Cons: Some plastic parts are a bit wobbly. Power cable is a bit short to my liking.
