Nice look and design
The 3 speed shiftier is nicer then the old one that came with the bike. This one is for the more common Shimano Nexus hubs, and shifts as good if not better then the original. The directions have pictures which don't really show the detail about the yellow line that should be in the middle of the two arrows in second gear. That means when you set the cable; the push mechanism should be to the side that doesn't push the shift rod in until you use the hand shift, and when the bell crank is upside down it looks like the push push mechanism should be to the right but it should be to the left. So when you turn it over to put it on the axle it will actually be on the right. don't cut the cable to short to allow for adjustment, until your sure it is set and will stay in place with no more ...
