If you're not sure how to remove the old needle seat, message Frank because he walked me through it and IT WAS SO EASY! Make sure you use heat on the carb to remove the seat. Also, the top of the seat has to be 1mm above the carb body. My PWK no longer leaks and I saved about $400 on a new carb! Will definitely buy another one of these if I need to replace a needle seat. Thanks Frank!

Install was easy, used a tap and a bolt to drive out the old seat, then froze the new seat before pressing it in. Bike runs great and doesnt overflow anymore. One thing to note, before removing old seat, verify how deep it is pressed in before installing the new one.
