The seller listed this as new. When it arrived, the box was torn and it had clearly been opened. The seller has a no return policy. I reached out within minutes of placing my order to ask if they would cancel order: I made a mistake - this would not work on my machine. Seller never answered that message. When I notified seller this product was not new & she fraudulently misrepresented the item's condition, she accused me of "stooping so low" for a refund. HORRIBLE seller and person!
