In all the years we've sold this part, this is the only time a customer has ever had an issue with this fact. Instead of returning part for full refund customer decides to just give negative review. Good thing is less than .003%, that have ever given us a negative review. And as usual in these cases, it just goes to show, these customers are impossible to pleased.
