The Scoby arrived late and in a smothered pkg very compressed and very little starter. I wrote to the seller about how the scoby wasn't producing and it could be because of its pkg, but NO RESPONSE. Communication was terrible, together it leads me to believe they really do not care about their item or customer. I am an avid scoby grower myself so I did a few things to help regenerate the scoby, but a month later I have still heard nothing back. I can say it was a very nice sized scoby, but...
