    it is what it is it only has 2 balls each side not 4 as in the photo the straps are pretty short quality product materials

    l ordered this item as in the photo it shows 4 balls each side an it came with only 2 balls each side the quality is good materials the arm straps are very short as l am 6' 2'' so l wish it had longer arm straps it is maybe better for a shorter person and skinnier person as l am 220 too,,,

    I would highly recommend this massager.

    I was using a handheld roller massager and couldn’t reach all parts of my back. The Shiatsu Massager can be used from the neck on down.
