Good seller--arrived timely, packaged well. Thrift books is a good seller. The book had some highlighting, but I actually like that. I like to see what points were important to the prior reader.

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

It was a beginner book, but if you didn't know anything about Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I don't think you would have been able to follow a lot of the detail. Since I already knew a lot about NLP, for me it was just a review. However I do feel it was way too wordy. The book could have been cut down to half the size and been more precise. While it is just an okay book, for a real understanding of NLP, I suggest people read: "Using Your Brain -- for a Change" written by Connirae and Steve Andreas from Richard Bandler seminars.
