    I ordered this item July 1. never received. today is july 14. no tracking info was ever provided after 5 business days so i contacted the seller. no response so i tried to cancel the order. this was denied. i had to wait until july 12 for ebay to initiate a refund. now ebay says i must wait until july 18 about the status of refund. absolutely ridiculous. i believe this seller is no longer active. Ebay needs to delete all of this seller's items. such poor customer service all around.

The seller provided me a return label and I shipped the wrong item back. Then I received a new box, and it was the same wrong item. I finally had to use the eBay return option, and the eBay claim function to receive my refund. I actually purchased the same item again from the same seller and received the correct item quickly.
