    Poor quality, no warranty.

    Three of the six fans I purchased had broken hinge pins on the damper. Broan has a 3 year warranty and I requested replacement parts. I received this response to my warranty claim: "Unfortunately, items purchased on E-bay are not covered under the warranty. They are an 'as is' purchase and as the manufacturer, they would not be covered under our warranty. ... You can order your replacement parts on-line at [deleted].
