Was not new most of the glue was hardened 2019 date on bottle.Ebay return policy needs you to take package back to post office. yes return postage is free getting to post office is not free for me.Taxi fees are more then the price of the item.Seller only offered 50% refund I don't know how long the glue will be able to still work before it completely hardens.Not very long I guess.

Thought the buyer would agree with 50% partial refund for the issue he was claiming. We have sold most of them with this was the last one without issues and complaints from buyers, we were not sure the claim was legit nevertheless trying to resolve his issue of not being able to go post office
