Good value for the cost conscious fabricator
I would consider these pliers to not be the best of quality, but sufficient for welding of small items. It's difficult for me not to occasionally weld the pliers to object being held. Plus, a pair or 2 are always missing in action. Can't find when needed. The value is good as you can purchase 2 pair of these for the cost of 1 pair of the best quality.
