    Excellent teenage read; makes history interesting and accessible

    These books are incredibly interesting, particularly for young teenage readers. I remembered reading them in my childhood as enjoyed how they made history accessible; partly through the simpler language used, but also by creating a fictional story around historical facts written in an interesting diary format. A great read for those who enjoy teenage historical fiction.

    This book is one of a series for intermediate readers that ties in history with a little ficton.My daughter has gained an interest in historical women with these books,and they keep her reading!The complete set is something I would encourage ANYONE to purchase,as I've enjoyed reading them as well,then discussing these with my child after she's read them as well.They're well written,beautifully bound.Definitely a great buy.

    Great Book

    I always like a new addition to my collection of the series. Been excited to see it. Read it once before and finally had the money to get it. It didn't even matter that it had a little wear. Most of mine are beyond worn from years of reading. I had to glue pages back in one of my older ones before. As long as a book is readable, and isn't missing pages or torn, its okay with me.

    I liked learning about this princess. I like historical fiction, especially about royalty. I have also been collecting the series and this is one i needed.

    I purchased this product to add to my collection of Hawaiian history books. She was a sad Princess that didn't have a very long life.
