    A REAL foreign language dictionary

    We bought this book because my husband has an extensive collection of foreign language dictionaries--and you can't get much more foreign than Klingonese! However we are "original" Trekkies, and those Klingons only spoke English. So for us, the book is only a curiosity--an unusual addition to an extensive collection of similar books. For someone like Timothy McGee, it might be useful, but for us ... well, it's fun to have.

    Hard to find book, but worth having.

    I have always loved Star Trek and wanted to understand the Klingon language. After a brief overview, it seems easy to read and understand. The book has not only a dictionary in the ordinary sense of the word, but also includes phrases and rough pronunciations for them. Overall, I would recommend this book to any Trekkie who would like to learn the Klingon language.

    The quality of the book was good, especially given the age. It should help next time I'm away from home and need to reference a few words I'm unfamiliar with.

    Classic edition from the '90s.

    This second edition is fine, it has the added content over the first edition. The new "red" 2018 edition has no new content so this is a great deal.
