This item was fairly priced as was shipping. It came in the mail quickly and was carefully packaged. The customer service and response time are excellent, and the communication is superb. The doll is in good condition, except for the shoes, but it has a very bad musty smell. No mention in the listing. The selling price was low but the small doll had been put in a big box so the shipping cost was excessive for such a small package (41,88 $US to Canada).
I would rate this purchase as negative, but because the seller is a charitable organization, I chose "neutral".
