The console has been tested as fully working, including wifi and umd operation. I did admittedly use a different battery than the one it came with (using an ostent battery instead), but I appreciate the sentiment, none the less. No issues with the included charger, and the micro SD to memory stick adapter has worked without any issues to report. If you're looking to get a PSP, I highly recommend buying from here!
