    Item works fantastic! My husband is very pleased! However, I am not impressed by the way the transaction was processed. We submitted an offer, and it was the highest offer listed, and the offer was not accepted. I have purchased items on E-bay for numerous years and have never been denied when I selected the highest acceptable offer. Not sure what was up with that? Did not feel it was a good business practice. However, the product is fantastic.

    VERY simple to use, VERY powerful

    I bought this used example without carrying case and accessories to save a couple hundred bucks. But it included the charger so that's all I needed. While calling this a jump pack a good value is a bit of a stretch, it gets 5 stars because this VERY simple to use unit works, having used it to jump-start a power generator. I've even used it on a car a couple of times and found no ill effects.

    Impressive

    The product is awesome, 80% charged right out of the box, and it comes with everything you need in a very well padded hard case. My only issue is that the outer box it was shipped in didn't have any padding so 2 of the cases feet were broken off. It still stands up fine and thanks to the super sturdy case, nothing on the inside was damaged.

    Jump pack 10000 review

    Best jump pack out there. I have started dead trucks as big as a semi with it and still have juice left to start other trucks before charging. Might be pricy to some but how much is service calls multiple times in the middle of winter?
