    My Dr. said I crossed the line, now I'm a Diabetic, so I bought the book

    This book is fantastic. It's the motivation needed to learn how to eat right and exercise your way back to health. When my glucose number was 234 my doctor said you've exceeded the limit. Anything over 227 is DIABETES! She suggested I come back in 2 weeks for a blood test recheck. So I bought the book and after 10 days of following the 30 day diabetes cure (30ddc) my glucose was now 203! All my other numbers also dropped and my A1C is 5.9. I was enough to convince me that this is to be my lifestyle forever more! I feel great, have lost 13 pounds and am excited. Buy the book, it will change you life.
