The shipper was very responsive and helpful, wonderful! The shipment arrived pretty quickly. I haven't opened or used the moisturizer yet, but it is packed very well, and it looks good, and order is accurate. This may have been done by a Lancome factory store, but I like that each container also has plastic wrap on it, which makes it seem more sanitary and makes it a little better sealed for freshness.
