These controllers work great for the price. The only issue I’ve run into so far is that when I try to play certain games the joysticks are VERY sensitive.
To give an example, when playing Smash Melee the characters are sprinting and it makes it very hard to control them. Other games they seem to work okay.

Casters don't look brand new. They have some light scuff marks but work as expected. Communicated with the seller and was assured that they are new. It's possible they got beat up in shipping, but packaging didn't look bad. Anyways, overall a positive experience and if the casters hold up as advertised and expected, definitely a great value.
