Excellent for all aspects : very reasonnable item cost, low shipping cost, excellent communication & service, very quick delivery, superior overall quality of the razor. However, expect to pass multiple times at every places to get a very fine cut. Notice this is NOT a defect of the razor, but merely the usual caracteristic of rotative cutting morion (Philips' one) compared to the horizontal-alternate-motion (as Braun's one). But, the advantage: Philips is so quiet compared to the Braun !
