    Great Price!

    Loved the price for this. Brand new and still in wrapping. I definitely do not have Killer Abs, but this is not my favorite Jillian Micheals workout. I am hardly sore after it and feel like she stops the moves too soon. A lot of them do not even feel like I am working my abs, I am probably doing wrong form. However, all of her other killer workouts leave me in pain for days except this one! Again, I am far from Killer Abs. Definitely a little disappointed in this DVD of hers

    Ab workout

    This is a great Ab workout what I like about it the most is, its cardio & strength training to sculpt and burn up the fat. On the ground & standing up on your feet moving your body jumping, twisting. rotating, stretching. I am the bigger Jillian Michaels fan.
