The gentleman answered and scolded me for not making an appointment which I did (?!). He apparently forgot. I had to wait for him to arrive only to find out he had sold the hopper that I purchased. He was decent enough to give me a larger one for the same price. It is almost too big for our purposes but at least I didn't drive 4 hours for nothing. I would not do business with him again.
