    This package was lost on the way to while the seller was on vacation and he handled it amazingly. Kept constant communication the whole time, even offered an alternate solution if the package wasn’t found.     The cluster was programmed and everything was fine, the only thing you should be aware of is you have to pay again to ship it to them. I paid i believe 30 to ship it from cali to florida and it took almost a week. that was the longest part of the process but once they had it they shipped it back within the same day. They are very quick and they packaged it with carefully overall a positive experience
