A month of non responsive communication. Finally got a shipping notice but no active tracking even further time lost. Eventually had to reach out to eBay to get refund. Seller was active, marked as shipped weeks into the ordeal but chose not to actually ever send out or reply back to me. Lots of time lost for me sending messages, contacting ebay and now I have to correct expense report to reflect a refund. I submitted original receipts which took time as well.
