The item described as NEW but I received a USED and not in manufacture original packaging. He admitted that he get the item from damaged appliances, so how come the item is NEW if it is from a damaged appliances. The seller also accusing me that I returned different item and that I scammed him. The Item I returned was the item I received from the buyer with the number listed on his listing. Also the seller is misleading the buyer of selling the NEW items but is not in manufacture packaging.

Not true! Buyer received a brand NEW item from me & sent used part back which is why i stated it was a scam!! The Ebay listing states that parts come from cosmetically damaged units (they are dented or scratched on the front!) How is it misleading when listing says that items do not come in original mfg pkg. Buyer had part for 4 weeks!! - this buyer recieved all money back!Please note: I have ALL details in the ebay listing & it still wasn't enough to keep from getting back used item.
