      I ordered this item July 1. never received. today is july 14. no tracking info was ever provided after 5 business days so i contacted the seller. no response so i tried to cancel the order. this was denied. i had to wait until july 12 for ebay to initiate a refund. now ebay says i must wait until july 18 about the status of refund. absolutely ridiculous. i believe this seller is no longer active. Ebay needs to delete all of this seller's items. such poor customer service all around.

Are You one of the myriad plethora of Malicious Fraudster's that are hiding within the Electronic confines of EBAY? I am now wondering why You are here, as I can see from Your past Feed Back that a pattern exist's, that You had been paid for product's that we're never delivered? Why we're those those aforementioned product's, never shipped and much less delivered?

      Received the incorrect item twice. Initially, the seller reached out quickly, before I even noticed the mistake. I appreciated this. The seller provided me a return label and I shipped the wrong item back. Then I received a new box, and it was the same wrong item. I finally had to use the eBay return option, and the eBay claim function to receive my refund. I actually purchased the same item again from the same seller and received the correct item quickly.
