Complicated...
The instructions to put it together are poor,it took me more than an hour to figure out how to put it together because the instructions are confusing and also the feet pads are very bad quality,as soon as you start using the table your feet start hurting,the pads are too thin or bad quality material..Overall is pretty good ,worth the money.

I've read literature on Inversion tables and it usually states it may not work for everyone. In my case, it works for me. I can walk upright and limit the use of my cane most of the day. It was a subtle change in that later I realized the positive effect of this table on my back. I can only assume any table will work, but this was the best value for the money. I've been going to the gym for over 3 years and have lost over 50 pounds through diet and exercise. I quit the gym due to this Covid-19 thing. Now 2 to 3 times a day I use my Innova table and occasionally use my weight "pull down" machine to decrease the compression on my back. The Table does more than several weeks' worth of physical therapy I recently completed. The only caution I would advise new users is to select the 15 degree ... Decompressed & Aligned Spine
It decompressed my spinal column and allowed my spinal discs to draw water into them, thereby aligning my vertebrae. This resulted in an erect posture naturally. It also keeps the vertebrae bones away from the nerves, so no more back & neck pain. Plus I think a slight increase in height -- after about 2 weeks of use. Good stuff! Just make sure to hydrate your body (8 cups of water daily).
