When I get my order it was for a tablet not a phone. Cracked from top right corner to bottom left corner and shattered in the middle. Package had been opened and stapled back together. It went in file 13. In other words the trash can. I paid for nothing but shattered glass and for a tablet screen saver I don't own a tablet. Like I said, not what I ordered. It showed for a phone not an iPad.

there was label created but appears item never given to shipper, per seller's tracking info. No communication after two attempts to contact. will never buy from this seller again. Says refunded issued May 25, 2023 1255hr. No refund in my account May 25,2023 04:35am.

Hello. My sincere apologies. I understand your concern and frustration. When my mom passed away, I walked away from everything. I should have shut down the store, however I didn't do anything. It is no excuse, just what happened. I just opened this today. It appears a family member tried to step in and ship this but did not know how. Sorry for the miscues. I want to make sure you were refunded. Your last statement was you were not refunded as of May 25, 2023. If you do not have it, pls reply.
