I recommend reusing the metallic tab from your old headlights, as this is the only part that I could not get to fit. No big issue, very simple to do.

F-150 Headlight Housing Assembly
I brought my headlight housing Assembly from you all two months ago and one of the headlight housing is turning yellow already. Thereās no way it should be oxidation in the plastic already. Now I have one clear headlight housing and one yellow headlight housing on my truck, I just brought the headlight housing in April. I hope you all can help me Solve this issue. Please.

Replacement Headlight Units Ford F150
These are great! Replacement took less than 30 minutes. Install hint install the fender clip in the fender, then install the replacement assembly. It is much easier. Also adjuster bolts are the proper length to actually be able to get the adjustment wrench on them to make the alignment possible. They look great!

Great looking , good fit, GREAT price ! .., be prepared to reuse some of the old parts for best fit.
Pros: Looks great and fits well. comes with side marker and turn indicator lights and sockets. Cons: 1.) The metal clip on a plastic tab that locates the housing in the body did not work. I was able to bend one, the second one broke while bending. With a little work I was able to reuse the old metal clip. I wish I had reused the first one. 2.) The lamp and socket for the turn signal indicator did not want to fit the connector. I just reused the old socket, but did use the nice new bulb they sent along. Honestly, it is easier to remove the socket and leave the electrical connection alone. All in all, they look Great, and fit well. WAY cheaper than anything else, and they look fabulous.
