    Works perfectly! Plug and play

    Plug and play! Works perfectly in my Dell R710. Some notes on getting it to work: -I needed a cable that my server didn't come with. The cable I found originally in my server had some sort of card edge connector, whereas the cable you need has the same connector as on the drive backplane. The cable I got to get it working was listed as "H700 SAS-A SAS-B SATA Cable for Dell POWEREDGE" -You cannot plug this into the storage PCI slot! Plug it into a regular PCI 8X slot.

    Works great, but not new.

    It worked great right out of the box. However, it is most definitely a used product. Not new. There are scratches and dust all over the product, but I expected as much since the picture is taken of the product outside of the box.

    Exactly what you'd expect. Fast, convenient, and easy to configure.

    No complaints. I upgraded it to the newest firmware from Avago and run a 6-drive RAID 0 array with 128 GB SSDs. Pegs 2.1 GB/s with ease. :)

    Works out of the box.

    Works out of the box. I have it running in a Dell 710 on a Proxmox single bootable disk and rest of the disks and SSD cache in ZFS pool. You do have to modify the controller to select a bootable disk if booting off the controller. Card does not run hot inside this server. I am assuming because unlike white box built servers this server is designed with high efficient air flow across the entire server front to rear.

    Works great. Used the instructions to flash into IT mode on forums[dot]servethehome[dot]com/index.php?threads/dell-h200-flash-to-it-firmware-procedure-for-dell-servers.467/ , so I can run JBOD. Also found out and verified it works in several other R and T servers.
