Unfriendly communication, very noncooperative. Asked about combined shipping for couple of small items, didn't get a difference in price(discount ) . Communication is very slow and not helpful. (Although communicated during the sellers daytime). So opted to buy some items locally, not a big difference in price. Item packed and shipped in an envelope.

Seller communication: good. Item arrived well packaged and earlier than promised. Unfortunately, door sill trim received was NOT original Volkswagen trim from the factory. The factory original trim has the word Corrado written on it, whereas the item received was a simple black piece of plastic with lines. When I requested the item shipped be replaced with an original Volkswagen Corrado trim, the seller checked with their supplier and then refunded purchase price.

The part was packaged well and came very quickly via FedEx. This tank is very rare and I’m surprised they had new ones in stock for a good price too. Exactly what I needed for my 500SEL with the full HPF suspension
