    So far it works great. My only issue is the owners manual tells you to make sure to put the right amount of sand inside but it doesn't tell you what is the right amount. The seller's tech support fixed me up in a jiffy. (100 lbs)

    Sand filter in Intex pool

    Excellent sand filter for my Intex pool, I have to buy: ATIE Pool Hose Male Connector Adapter Threaded End 1-1/2 Inch Replacement for Hayward SPX1091Z7 (3 Pack) also another Intex 1.25 Inch Diameter Accessory Pool Pump Replacement Hose 59 Inch Long and 2 x 50 lb. Pool Filter Sand and it's all that you need, you can use the same Intex pump and obtain a good performance in the sand filter.

    Great filter

    This filter is 100 times better than the little blue one I had that didn't last a year this thing don't leak it don't put sand in the pool like the 12"did it's made better all around a very good product for the price I highly recommend this for any above ground pool to place the crappy cartridges that come with them I am very happy with this product all you need is the hose connectors that screw in and you're done
