Lovely jacket. Long arms, I struggle with sleeves being too short but this jacket has longer sleeves, spot on. Good quality leather, little stiff bit it will give. Good armour including back protector. I love it

This jacket was a really good item and was good value for money. However, the first jacket didn't fit so seller was very good at offering return and exchange item came very quickly which was excellent, thank you. However, the arms on this jacket were so long it would have been unsafe to ride so asked I could return. This time the seller was not so nice. Saying (quite rudely), they only pay for returns if fault is theirs, tried to explain but no response so no return was raised. ��

Very poor after sale customer service. Unfortunately, I need to review my feedback. I was told by the seller that I would have to return the jacket at my cost, which is fine, even though there was no fault at either end, it just didn't fit. I then ask for a refund to find they provided a partial one and take out cost for postage! I have now paid postage twice on an item that simply didn't fit.
