I expected it to as it is usually included with controller. I reached out to the seller about this and they just replied that it was sold as “controller only”. I don’t really consider the USB to be anything “extra”. I bought a cable on Amazon for $8 and asked the seller for a refund of that amount. No reply form the seller. Minor issue, could have been avoided.
