The item is completely genuine. It has all the velcro to hold it in place and the button to adjust the back with air. Thank-you so much. The cover on the old pads was peeling away. I now have a new chair. It would have cost as much to have the old pads re-upholstered.

    Purrrrr!!

    Sooo happy I bought this! I need to use a thin cushion on the back to soften some of the rolling action a little(tender back) but I can't emphasize enough how I wish I had bought this years ago. I have fibromyalgia and within 2 days of starting to use this I am finding relief. Love the different kinds of motions the chair does to loosen up tight muscles. Used before bed and sleep much better. Haven't woke in middle of night with my migraines yet. Yay! Husband won't riub your back?(mine won't) here's your answer.
