Just because they forgot to package the second item I bought at the same time, and gave me a hard time for wanting them to correct it (to the point that I had to get eBay involved THREE TIMES) doesn’t mean that I’m dissatisfied with the item I actually received. THIS ITEM came on time and appears to be a solid product. I’m not going to buy from this seller again for all the drama and trashy customer service from a slip-up that they REFUSED to acknowledge or listen to my complaint.
